I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations:

• Contact me within 5 days of delivery.

• Ship items back within 7 days of delivery.

• Request a cancellation within 2 hours of purchase.

Conditions of return:

• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• Please, package the item in a similar fashion as the way you received it.

• A tracking number (or other proof of shipping) is highly recommended.

• Refund will be credited in full, minus the original shipping cost, upon receipt of returned item. If the shipping was free, you will receive a full refund.

• Two thirds of the full price, minus the original shipping cost, will be refunded for custom orders upon receipt of returned item.

• If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value, unless the damage occured independently from the buyer.
