A Fresh Start

Hello everyone, and welcome to a brand new Sandrine’s Gallery. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to find an alternate platform where I could sell my art, so I decided to do so right here on my website. I took the opportunity to give it a new look too. I hope you like what you see. Let me know if you have any comments or suggestions.

Before I took the plunge and spent countless hours relooking this website and adding items to my store, I was having fun with a new (to me) mediun which I like very much: acrylic gouache. I tried using it on several supports like canvas, watercolor paper, black paper, etc… It works on pretty much anything. It’s a combination of gouache and acrylic which gives you the best of both worlds, in my opinion. I’ve shared a few demo videos on my YouTube Channel as well as some pictures on Instagram, and I’m planning on exploring it a lot more as soon as this website is finally up and running. I’ve mostly been using the Turner Acryl brand so far, but plan on comparing it with the Holbein Acryla very soon. So keep your eyes peeled…
